Step 1: Open the Google Play Store and download the IPTV Smarters app.

Step 2: Once the application has been downloaded, open it and select "Add user" before selecting "Login with Xtream Codes API".

Step 3: In this step, in the first box, select any name you wish for example "Instant-IPTV". Enter your M3U line's "Username" and "Password" in the second and third boxes, respectively, as well as the server URL, which is also on your M3U line.
